Curling Tips

Sexy curls: It’s the ultimate, natural-look. And it can easily be yours, too.

Your hair should be dry before using the Braun Satinstyler since curling your hair does not require any additional humidity – your hair’s natural humidity will be enough.

After combing your hair well, section it off (strands of 3-4cm max.), pinning up the upper portions and starting on the lower layers. Beginning with the hair tips, gently wind a strand up to the roots. You might find it easier to use both hands on the appliance. Hold it for a couple of seconds, and then slightly open the tong in order to smoothly release the curl.
 
 You can adjust the styling temperature individually in 5 temperature levels. We recommend for best curling results…

1 (minute) for fine hair
2-3 for coloured hair
4 for normal, untreated hair
5 (max) for think hair
Once all sections have been curled, run your fingers gently through your hair to form loose waves. Finish with a light mist of your favourite styling spray and scrunch in.
